Traffic light meditation

For every driver and passenger getting caught by a Red Light is a regular occurence, it's unavoidable.

What's your reaction when you stop at a red light? Is it annoyance, are you quite patient? Is it just second nature where you don't even acknowledge it?


Well,


Recently I came across the Traffic light meditation and I thought I would share it with you as it can help to benefit your mental heath

Try this next time you you get stopped by a red light:


Pause, reflect, breathe and acknowledge your environment. Use it as a time to have a quick break and acknowledge this. Bring yourself back to the present moment. In less then 30 seconds you can feel more grounded and centred and ready for the Green light
