Tips to get through Blue Monday 💫



It’s blue Monday. The term was coined by psychologist Dr Cliff Arnall, who worked out a formula to show how the third Monday in January can be especially tough. Here are some tips to get through the day-


-Exercise

-Eat healthy

-Get creative

-Socialise

-Get natural sunlight

-Change of environment
