Hey lovelay ,
i totally empathise with these feelings . My mood fluctuates from hour to hour and as Zoe said , please don’t be hard on yourself . As humans we think we have to have it all figured out but we don’t .
If you feel unable to get out then just sit with you’re thoughts with some meditation in the background . Just give your mind what it needs .. xx beating your thoughts isn’t easy so be kind to yourself for how amazing you are :) x
Yes, firstly don’t be too hard on yourself Everyone slips into different mindsets occasionally, it’s normal we are all human.
Second, try to be pro active about shaking it off. Go for a long walk. Switch off all of your technology. Spend time with nature. Exercise. Drink water. Eat healthy foods.
Take deep breathes. Meditation (there are some great meditation apps available such as the Calm App), Listen to soothing music, write down your thoughts and positive affirmations. Read an uplifting book
Most of all be kind to yourself x
